.NET Internationalization Programming

.NET framework is a highly internationalized and cross-programming-language environment, supporting UNICODE and XML. You can use the same way in each programming language (VC++, C#, VB .etc.) for internationalization. This chapter describes the basic and easy points of that implementation.
