Source Code Analysis and String Externalization also can be executed by the command, "wwlint" and "wwxstr".

These commands exists under the bin directory of wwnavi (WWNAVI_INSTALL_DIRECTORY/bin), and if you add the bin to the environment variable "PATH", you can use them in any directories on the console (e.g. Linux terminal and DOS prompt).

For the detail usage of these commands, run the "wwlint/wwxstr --help" on the console.

About wwxstr, detailed preferences cannot be specified by this command, so GUI usage is recommended.


Safe Mode

If you have some problem for launching standalone GUI in Windows or Linux (stuck in splash screen, etc.),
you can launch it without splash loading by safe mode command (wwnavi.safe.win.bat or wwnavi.safe.linux.sh).

Launching dialogs by command line

You can launching main dialogs (analysis, string-externalization, rules, etc...) by command line
using World Wide Navi Lite.
