X Window System (Xlib) Internationalization Programming

X Window System international functionalities such as font set, output method, inter-client communication, input method and so on, are based on the standard C language international functionalities and are implemented as X library (Xlib) functions. Handling localized messages can be done with X resource but language C's message catalog is more commonly used.
